Exceptions to restrictions are placed directly under the sign they refer to and are rectangular with a blue background.
This is 2 separate signs, one to restrict access to any vehicles (ironically enough with the exception _not_ on a blue sign underneath but within the C3 sign itself), and a second unrelated sign prohibiting playing.
This feels so familiar, where is the picture taken?
That sign is so old it must relate to the Era where the fun was prohibited for no fucking reason in some places
