  1. If they’re blaming it on the wind they’re not learning.

  2. The exercises were held as close as possible to real events.

  3. At least one person thought it was a Russian invasion starting and was ready to repel them

  4. Three generations without a war have badly affected army’s capability. It relates to entire Europe, not only Poland. Good, that they start to admit it; bad, that too slowly.

  5. Mistakes happen, but overall – why this exercise and these troops are needed at all?! Paratroopers are same obsolete as cavalry. With current technologies, they can’t be used.

  6. You learn more from mistakes than from successes. I did think that those military parachutes give more control over where you’re heading

  7. A-nceput de ieri să cadă
Câte un parașutist pe stradă 🙂

The guy with the parachute hanging from the power lines was so lucky since they are 400V lines.

  8. Tbf, seems realistic for paratroopers, shit goes amiss all the time.

  9. About time NATO invest in guided shoots instead of this WW2 shit.

  10. Imagine the reaction of the grandmother when she sees a soldier on her roof

  11. Yeah, with that expertise I don’t kwon if the NATO forces would actually benefit or harm Ukraine if participated.

  12. This mistake is more like a sabotage 🙂 just think how many hakers are working now for the kremlin. Perfect hit in a NATO exercise, just to prove they are watching

  13. I hope they would perform better when the real thing is going on.

  14. This site has more ads than information and doesn’t look like a credible source…

    It’s just a traffic farming…

  15. learning thru mistakes 🙂
at least something concrete to improve

  16. Like the landing in Sainte-Maire-Eglise in the movie The Longest Day (and not just in the movie, by the way).

  17. That’s what exercises are made for: avoiding same errors in real scenarios

  18. Probably Bundeswehr, old invasion habits die slowly.

  19. That’s the point of exercise. You want to make all the mistakes while training instead of a real situation.
