1. Someone needs to do something about these labradoodles. They’re getting out of hand

2. I don’t like a grown man’s chances of survival against two of those dogs let alone a 4 year old

3. I have a 4 year old and this scares the shit out of me. The measures on this are not strong enough. Just totally ban the breed, no exceptions.

4. Seems strange that they were merely new-banned and not euthanised.

   You wouldn’t ban guns and wait for them to naturally fall apart.

   Them being living things is slightly irrelevant when they’re such a threat to other living things, and we butcher and euthanise animals daily for much less.

   I’m glad cases like this have fallen, but there shouldn’t have been a single nother case since the ban.

   I’m assuming the police just don’t have the resources to enforce it properly?

5. People often resort to talking about breed aggression in the Pitbull debate. But really its capability of harm that is the real issue. Don’t care if a chihuahua is more aggressive on average than a Pitbull, the worst it can do is a bit of finger damage. If a breed frequently shows the capability for fatal harm we should regulate it, just like we would with any potential tool or vehicle.

6. But if you carried a weapon to defend yourself from one of these animals you’d be the one going to prison. Madness
