I am a resident of Finland and work in Helsinki. My wife and children live in Poland.

We got married in Poland under a community of property regime. Due to various reasons, we have not been living together.

I am considering gifting my wife money to buy an apartment in Poland so she and our children can live in that apartment. We estimate the gift to be around 100,000 euros.
She would be the sole owner of the apartment. Since I am a resident of Finland and she is a resident of Poland, should either of us pay any gift taxes to Vero in Finland for this gift?

I know there is a gift tax in Finland for a spouse or partner in a registered partnership, but I am wondering if this tax would apply since she is not a resident of Finland and we are married under a community of property regime.
