    Up front with a substantial security deposit should be the norm for him.

    Side note…. why does shit like this work for rich and powerful people? Go ahead as a normal person and try to rent a venue without any money down. See how it works out for you.

  39. Trump has a long history of not paying. Before he even became president there had been stories of contractors not being paid for the work they’d been contracted to do on his buildings . I can recall a poster on Reddit saying it had happened to his dad who was hired in.. and it’s become apparent that it’s a theme .
