1. Sounds like the new gas plants were poorly planned and didn’t include upgraded transmission and distribution infrastructure.

   Might be because the best way to improve and future proof infrastructure is to implement a more distributed approach. Which is right off the bat is not on the same page as just a half dozen plants covering giant isolated remote areas .
