Been there. Love it. Love Netherland, generally said
Stop posting pics of Utrecht. I don’t want us to become a second Amsterdam.
Didn’t know Utrecht was also a canal city, very beautiful picture indeed. Is like this throughout most of the country?
A bit misleading, can’t see a single wasted frat boy
🎵 Utreg me stadsie 🎵
Chooser beggars, give me an invite so I can go lol
Knew someone from Utrecht. His name was Rinse Spoon. He said it’s his real name. I doubt it to this day.
BIKES!
This is the nieuwe gracht (“new canal”) and is the preferable and much quieter canal compared to the more famous oude gracht (“old canal”). It was great growing up there, miss it a lot!
So stoked to be moving here in a week!
I’m going to miss this when I move to Göteborg next year. The old Dutch cities are so nice to live in. The bicycle is holy!
And this is why whenever I’m in the Netherlands I feel like I’m home.
I live here. It’s a fantastic city.
There’s a beautiful clocktower there with an amazing view when you climb to the top. There are no hills for MILES, it’s so flat. 💖💞
Looks like somewhere in Saint Denis
dammit I hate how I look at things like this now that I havea toddler, lol
Been there twice. Absolutely loved everything about it.
My city….🖤
Ugh so stunning! I cannot wait to see the Netherlands in person!
I’ve been there! It was my first real introduction to the bicycle culture. To all foreigners visiting, DO NOT STEP OFF THE SIDEWALK TOWARDS THE STREET! You WILL get run over. And it’s not like a leisurely trek through town, they are MOVING, they got places to be!
So the doors that open to the canal leads to a basement that is connected to the house in the street. So coal and other stuff could be barged in and loaded in to the houses. Pretty neat
Stuff like this is why I’d love to move to the Netherlands.
Beautiful. Reminds me of the time I fell into a canal in Utrecht while stoned af. Good times.
I really like Netherlands.

bumpiest gondola ride of your life. Do the limbo!
Misty morning on the canal.
Reminds me of singing Opera on the Utrechtse oude gracht years ago; and eating a broodje Mario after. Good times.
