U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken, UK Foreign Secretary David Lammy and Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha give a joint news conference in Kyiv. This comes as the UK offers £600m in support for Ukraine to resist Russia’s invasion.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has called on the US and other Western allies to allow Ukraine to use long-range missiles to hit targets in Russia to intensify pressure on Moscow to end the war.
