  2. The argument seems to be “no his estate/family don’t own his face, we do!”

  3. they will have to release a special edition, using darth maul in place of the grand moff

  4. I can’t imagine someone thought it would be a good idea to NOT get permission.

  5. The Judge made the right call. This needs to go to court to help set precedent for potential future cases.

    Disney did their due diligence, and seems like they were unaware of any previous deal.

    The Plaintiff either just came across an old contract and thinks there’s something there, or is an idiot and thinks that Disney will settle rather than let the courts figure it out.

  6. Just play the footage backwards and it all makes sense!
