  1. Honestly, what has China actually developed on their own. They put little to no effort into R&D. They steal from everyone including Russia.

    I’m not a techie so maybe someone can chime in on this.

  2. This thing isn’t really anything special, as far as technology goes. This is the type of thing that can be designed and implemented by student engineers in about a week.
