WEll there is a turn up. Article 710 looks like it allows the UK to enter into EU programmes and activities, but the EU have forgotten that and could be in a technical breach of the TCA over it.
Hopefully the UK goes to the arbitration panel over it, to force the EU into follow the law.
Perhaps we should stop French fishing until it happens.
There’s no type of cooperation that Europe can be trusted on these days.
Energy? They’ll threaten to cut you off over petty shit like fish.
Food and supples? They’ll block crucial infrastructure in the middle of Christmas to try and force a trade deal.
Vaccines in a pandemic? They’ll blockade and steal legally purchased vaccines.
Science? They’ll break their own deal to block you out of a programme that you paid billions for access to.
Totally pointless trying to cooperate with these clowns on anything. They’ll never be adult enough to accept a member leaving.
I am looking forward to an end of this shitshow.
Honestly it’s so difficult trying to create agreements with such an untrustworthy partner.
Other countries should really think twice about entering into agreements with the EU until they prove they take their commitments seriously.
Well well well, how the turntables.
This comment section is basically a circle jerk of Anglo trolls. That’s just so pathetic.
The British Government are negotiating in bad faith. They have no intention of an agreement, it’s just an exercise in shifting the blame of the protocol failing onto Europe. They made an agreement and didn’t even try to implement it.
Come on Sir Frost, I am sure it is only a breach in a very limited and specific way.
Lord Frost is a badass name. Sounds like the villain from a childhood cartoon.

Are they trying to force us to use the metric system? Boris will never agree to that.
