I think it’s a nice touch that when a country from the EU is visiting another country they are using their national flag together with the EU flag and when both countries are in the EU the EU flag is between them

Also, neat fact, a lot of countries have their own local flag suppliers with their own methods and materials.
This is noticeable with the EU flag, because they all sport it for public events and you can tell which country they are from.

Doesn’t offset all the freeloading done by some parasitic countries tho.
Biggest reason for me to never consider moving to a EU country is the volatility of the € & the countries who use it.
