Be good idea for someone who relies on charitable donations. I’d be more inclined to drop my unwanted can in someone’s bag for them to recycle and keep the change than try to remember to leave the house with coins.

Its not working trust me. Im in the Netherlands where this exact rack is implemented. Can hunters open up bins regardless and rip out trash bags.
