  1. They’re doing much more than the digital silk road. I’m waiting form them to decide to connect Morava and Vardar.

    I don’t think this is really accurate, because two out of three major mobile operators in Serbia are the Austrian A1 and Norwegian Telenor. I strongly welcome the Chinese increasing their presence in here, though.
