Ukrainian control in Russia could be about to shrink

Military and financial support for Ukraine has become increasingly contentious.

The government in Berlin is still very much in favour.

But a number of opposition parties are echoing Donald Trump’s call to stop the funding and thus force an end to the war.

The most pressing question – whether the US will give Ukraine the nod to use long-range missiles inside Russia itself.

Vladimir Putin today said that would be an act of war on the part of NATO.

  6. I) do not know whether journalists nowadays are shortsighted or simply stupid. Is it possible that the media had ever thought that the Ukrainian incursion into Russia was meant to conquer the territory? Zelensky was clear when. he said that its goal was to divert the Russia army from the Donetsk front, to press them to move and ease the pressure on the Ukrainian army in Donetsk. Now we have the journalists saying that Ukraine's losing control in Kursk, what an aberration of insight!

The targets of USA and NATO were the resources of Ukraine and the downfall of Russia from global politics and the cripple of their economy by using Ukraine but they made a very big mistake now USA and NATO are suffering from the cripple of economics and resources ,,, and all the victims of USA and NATO are now gathered in BRICS+ now they are already 159 countries majority of them possess rich resources

  25. Not only is this conflict not Russia's fault, but this is a war in which the US does not have the people's favor. Putin is loved by more than just his people. More than half the global population (many countries of South America, Middle East, China, India, Malaysia, Vietnam and most of Africa all have agreed that NATO agression and expansion is the cause). If the US and UK continue this escalation they will become the world's pariahs. There's a reason that representatives of more than 150 countries will be attending the BRICS+ meeting in Russia next month. The long term image of the "west" is at stake, and that's more important than perhaps western leaders are realizing. All economists know this, the 19th and 20th century was the "wests," but the 21st will be the "east's."

Without being an apologist, just speaking from a objectivly clear and logical perspective, I don't think the western media gives Vladimir Putin the credit he's due for his patience. These "diplomats" and "world leaders" better hope that Putin's eventual replacement is just as patient; I know the US would have already dropped that nuke if Russia did in Mexico what the US is doing in Ukraine.

Kursk was an obvious trap laid by the Russians to help achieve their war aims of destroying the Ukrainian Nato trained and equipped armed forces by bringing them out into the open in territory Russia knows like the back of their hand.
