Rich lives in my neighborhood. He talks to EVERYBODY. He’s so nice. My GF said she saw somebody she recognized at the local grocery store but didn’t know his name. I pulled up his picture on my phone and said “this guy?”. Yep.
He doesn’t look any different since Spin City.
Does that mean he will play the lead in my show about a lovable con man who, after a terrible accident, finds himself the caretaker to his nephew and has to go straight in order to take care of the kid?

My wife and I saw him at Bed Bath and Beyond in NYC. We knew who he was, but didn’t know his name.
We waited creepily outside the BBB and saw him being harassed by the security guard for his receipt. He left in a huff so I didn’t think it was a good idea to say hi.
