I know it’s only the opinion of a magazine, but seeing a few Modern Art style museums in the top ten, I’ll always prefer to go to a conventional “old” history museum over modern art. Well that’s just my opinion lol.
It’s fine if you like paintings of Madonna and baby but there are only so many of those I can enjoy in one sitting.
Loved it. I think one could easily spend a whole day there. If I were to visit it one more time, I’d definitely go as early as possible because by noon it got a little bit too crowded for me to properly enjoy everything.
My favourite will always remain Galleria dell’Accademia because of David and how I felt seeing him for the first time.
I was there recently and enjoyed it, but it is nowhere near the best for me. The building is great though.
I haven’t seen every museum in the world but I have seen the Uffizi – and it’s really really great.
