Here's a picture of the wall sockets in my living room: https://0x0.st/XxIU.jpg

They all look like this, none of them have grounding pins.

My computer, a desktop model that has not shown such symptoms in my previous home, reacts weirdly: connecting active speakers to it produces a loud hum and no sound, and when my phone is connected to it via USB I get little electroshocks when I touch it (with my ear, my fingertips aren't sensitive enough).

Otherwise both computer and phone seem to behave normally.

Is there something I can do to fix this?

  1. Unfortunately plug sockets without grounding pins were the norm until the late 90s. Assuming rewiring is put of the question, an isolation transformer (erotusmuuntaja or suojaerotusmuuntaja in Finnish) might be your best option.
