So, I accidentally added like 100 euros to my phone bill (with Elisa). I called customer service and they said I can't do anything with that money except make phone calls (which I never do). I posted about my problem yesterday and some guy said I could use the money as "mobiilimaksu," which is also new to me. So, can you guys tell me what mobile payment is, how I can use it, and if the money in my phone bill is the "mobiilimaksu" thing or not?

Some apps allow mobiilimaksu like tampere’s bus one.
But saldo also can be used to pay your internet (it caps at 1eur per day with elisa unless you subscribe 5g through txt msg so you use ~30eur per month no matter how much you use it or or 1,29e day for 5G. So if you using anyways data plans why not just use that. Like I get it it is more expensive than packages. But if you already put money in could as well
