Are middle-aged people in Lithuania discriminated by employers?

  1. That’s not a Lithuanian thing. I thought this was pretty common everywhere, even 10 years ago. Old working folk is just not desired by industry. My uncle is 56, is not sick or disabled. Couldnt find a job even before corona.

  2. Think this is pretty common everywhere. Once you get to that age you pretty much have to be a contractor
