This article reminds me of my elementary school. During recess we had the “playground” which was simply a paved lot. Next to it was also “the field” which was a dusty flat field, with nothing on it.
That was the decision we made when sent out for recess. “Do you guys want to play on the playground, or the field today?” And it was just which barren flat surface we were on that we were choosing between.
