What is your opinion on the trend of the increasing GAS boetes (fines issued by municipality). Personally, it bugs me because it doesn't really align well with the separation of powers.

  2. Familie Janssens heeft aldus een veelvoud verdiend! Proficiat met de vele miljoenen die niet geïnvesteerd worden in verkeersveiligheid maar gewoon in de zakken vloeien van 1 familie!

  5. Always been against GAS, still am.

    It would have been OK if it was a tool to allow both the citizen and the government to speedup the legal process “in case they agree” for existing laws.

    But that’s not what this monstrosity is. (At least it’s used mostly for this in most places, but not everywhere.)
