German Chancellor Olaf Scholz on September 13 doubled down on Berlin’s refusal to send long-range missiles to Ukraine. This comes after the US and UK allowed Ukraine to use Western weapons to strike targets deep into Russia. Olaf cleared that his “decision will not change.” Earlier, the German Chancellor backed for ‘swift’ peace between Russia and Ukraine.
