I’ve seen this symbol appearing all over the country. Does anyone know what it is about?

Is it a political symbol? Is it just a sprayer "gang"? Is it even new? I've seen it pop all all over Switzerland and it is making me curious. I also don't know where else to ask. Maybe if you know a sub that might be better equiped to answer?
