Hi, so i have no idea if this is already a thing, but I havent really seen anyone do it in Norway, and i think yall are really missing out. Basically, what you do is just cut it into smaller pieces, put it in a jar with lots of oil, other cheeses, garlic and onion, and ideally let it sit for a few days. Then you have this "marinated" or "pickled" cheese and you just eat it with a piece of bread or something. I expect to get some hate for this post, but don't knock it till youve tried it. At first, I also thought it would be really weird, but now it is my favorite way to eat brunost. Enjoy, and thank me later🤩

PST wants to know your name and address. You are hereby a persona non grata in Norway
holy moly
You know what OP, I will hate on it without trying it. Thanks for the nightmares.
what did you do…
WTF? this should be illegal
Right, time to get the torches and pitchforks.
Why is it always the brunost that has to suffer
Mmm, smells like sacrilege and tastes like heresy.
I would actually like to try that. Always down for a bit of experimentation.
This reminds me of the guy that made fårikål ice cream
This feels illegal
