  9. This apparently shows how desperate Trump needs more money for his campaign, even though he has already spent a lot on the campaign. I do not know what crazy idea Trump has come up with, and is going to campaign it after the recent false cat eating claim he had spread.

    The only way Trump apparently still has his base, is because of the new false claims he ends up spreading every now and then.

  27. I do find it interesting how the response to this has more or less just been a shrug and a yawn from everyone. Maybe because it wasn’t as dramatic as the first attempt. Either way I’m not sure he’s going to get much more money fundraising after this than he would’ve otherwise.

  38. There wasn’t even an attempt. Dude apparently was just sitting in the bushes with a gun and then ran when the secret service shot at him. Sounds like he had bad intentions but the only shots that were fired were from trumps detail.

  45. Sounds like an inside job. How else could the would-be assassin know:

    A. The correct golf course, which had not been pre-announced, and which was reportedly a last-minute addition to Trump’s plan for the day?

    B. To pick a spot by the fenceline covered with sufficient bushy growth so that he knew be would not be observable from the road where his car was openly parked?

    C. Learn Trump’s tee time and subsequent progress in the round so he could pre-position himself at the selected stakeout position and then simply await Trump to show up there?
