-Guanciale, homemade (source of fat and salt)

-2 eggs

-Pecorino toscano (sotto cenere)

-Black pepper

-Random spaghetti

  1. Looks good but maybe should be more creamy, you might have cooked eggs too much possibly

  2. Ni ne vem kaj tole, žal. Testenine rabiš rezane z bakrenim orodjem (npr. De Cecco), tako da so zelo hrapavi in navlečejo nase čim več omake. Potrebuješ več omake, ki mora biti bolj smetanasta v teksturi. Predvsem pa potrebuješ več mesa, ker tole zgleda bolj kot neki evropski mac (spaghetti) & cheese.

    Meni to iskreno zgleda kr žalostno tbh. Če bi mi rekel da si samo skuhal špagete pa malo parmezana gor naribal, bi ti verjel.
