4. When ever I open my Internet browser I have one of two major predictions

   “Expert predict major heatwave/snow dump” . Always one or the other.

   I know talking about weather is a major passion here…but come on!!

5. It’s September. It’s the traditional time of year for worthless rags to start publishing stories about La Niña and how your Nan’s gonna die in a snowstorm this winter, using headlines like ‘WEATHER BOMB’

6. Every year this headline gets trotted out.

7. Daily Express type story. Frightening old people daily. Eg

   Winter Blizzards to reduce house prices by 50%.

8. Oh great, press indicating Snowmageddon means a nice mild winter.
