A bit of both. Bayern were suffocating their defense.
So many offsides and some goals are due to GNK’s individual mistakes. But the way we play was just fantastic, hopefully they can do the same against tougher opponents as well. I bet Flick at Barca was smiling when it reached 8-2.
They did what they should have done under the new format. Get that GD as high as possible.
We should not get blinded by this result. Surely it was a great performance but it was Zagreb. Right now it is far to early to rate the team. Kompany did not had much time and there were no serious opponents. So far a great start, not more not less. However the play style suits Bayern I guess.
