He accomplished his goal in bringing awareness to the issue knowing full well the consequences he would face, fair play to him.

What does cultivation of a plant even mean legally? He should have asked if the plants had taken root before being dug up

Not a cannabis user myself (it genuinely has made me feel queasy in the past lol) but know people who do, some use it for reducing severe pain and others just to relax. Do they start fights out on the streets or inflict domestic/mental abuse on loved ones? Ofc not
I don’t understand why alcohol is perfectly legal yet weed/hash is a big no-no. IMO alcohol is the dangerous substance, not cannabis so my question to the government is why not legalize weed as well… it’s a much safer drug than alcohol and think of the profits they can make out of taxing it. At the very least, they really should immediately decriminalise if they aren’t bothered to just legalize. Pathetic.
