  1. That bridge was built by the Chinese in 1994. The Vietnamese consider these constructions an insult. This is why we chose Japan and not China for the cross-country high-speed train project.

    Within the first 30 seconds to two minutes will be the BEST time to act, because it is the time your car will float on the water.

    1. Open all windows, or doors if accessible.
    2. Assist all passengers to remove seat belts.
    3. Swim to safety.
