Nigh
RIP to the poor victims! 😢🙏
😭🙏
That bridge was built by the Chinese in 1994. The Vietnamese consider these constructions an insult. This is why we chose Japan and not China for the cross-country high-speed train project.
Prayers to all affected parties.
Typhoon Yagi has been severely devastating Vietnam. I hope the UN, US, EU, Japan, UK, Australia and the international community will quickly support the Vietnamese people.🇻🇳❤️🇺🇳🇺🇸🇪🇺🇯🇵🇬🇧🇦🇺.(!
😢feel so sorry for the victims
Oh sad 😔
Blame your dictator
I can't believe this is happening to my own country.. May god bless the poor people.
If your car falls in the river:
Within the first 30 seconds to two minutes will be the BEST time to act, because it is the time your car will float on the water.
1. Open all windows, or doors if accessible.
2. Assist all passengers to remove seat belts.
3. Swim to safety.
These 2 people on the bike that fell right before they reach to the end was sad
