    Zurich is mostly a “Kaff” for anyone who’s been traveling a bit.

  6. Ah, IMD is a Swiss business school based in Lausanne, so they’re inevitably a bit biased towards CH! I like Lausanne but it’s weird that they’re ranked ahead of London… hmm…
