Putin’s former adviser Sergei Markov claims Russia will “attack British territory” and launch “tactical nuclear weapons” on Nato airfields if Ukraine is allowed to use Storm Shadow missiles inside Russia.

  7. it's kind of awkward to ask russian politician these questions. if you are too scared putin will attack britain, stop helping ukraine, if not, keep helping ukraine and find out what putin will do, theres a chance for a war with nato, no doubt

The important question is not whether Russia will attack Britain in retaliation of Ukraines use of storm shadow missiles, is whether the rest of the west will retaliate decisively in case Brtain was attacked. So, let us see, is NATO useless words on a piece of paper, or an actual deterrent to the grizzly bear?

  32. I am not pro-Putin. I am pro-peace. That being said — This Times Radio guy is rather arrogant and isn't taking Sergi seriously. Doesn't matter if anyone feels Russia is wrong, taunting them by saying they are bluffing is a BIG mistake and does not promote peace. Glad this guy is not a Government Diplomat. I, for one, am glad that Putin is biding his time and hasn't pulled the nuclear trigger. Add to the fact that Putin has not verbally responded to the latest attack on their weapons depot with technology that was provided by the West does not bode well for Ukraine or NATO.

  34. The West never surrenders but always leaves chaotically after they lost. It's just a matter of time they leave Ukraine and go to Taiwan. Hope Taiwanese are not as st2-pid as the Ukrainians but again they could be. We shall see.

  37. At the end of the day its no use for this war to carry on any longer, because if NATO gets attacked by Russia there will be retaliation. So why not just stop the war causing the tension in the first place. It's not a matter of who is right or wrong if the alternative is beyond catastrophic in it's final out come. Britain alone 225 nukes on record, who is to say that number isn't actually double ? or way more destructive kinds of nukes are in their possession. about 60-70% of Russia is uninhabited. The question is does Russia think its worth attacking a country 70 times smaller than itself, that theoretically maybe be able to destroy that 30-40% to habitable parts of Russia just by its self if it had absolutely no other choice ? This is why war is so pointless especially when nuclear war fare concerned. This nonsense needs to stop.
