  8. Affairs are not illegal, the age gap isn’t illegal. The article doesn’t state where they misused their rank but being different ranks on its own isn’t a problem. Not quite sure what the misconduct here is? It mentions alcoholism which seems more problematic to me but again no real information about how that impacted their work.
