Mmm, she didn’t cite a single sustainable step or sacrifice she herself is taking (her husband bikes to work) and this thing of only reading climate-positive stories – like what? The one Exxon Mobil writes? The truth is we should all be anxious, guilty, ashamed, outraged, and humbled. You don’t sit in the corner and then get to “share your feelings” about it with Mom. Mom’s pissed.
It really is a mental illness.
Get some help.
Im gonna cut down my footprint by skipping this article.
If I’ve learned anything from going through the end of the world, it’s that modern therapy practices are a huge pointless and impotent con.
One thing that helps me deal with it is to remember we will all die one day. And if mankind can’t figure out how to travel to different solars systems we will cease to exist regardless. Doesn’t excuse what we’ve done to mess up this planet but it eases my anxiety.
