  1. The USA could on their own just from the air wipe out over 90% of all Russia's conventional capabilities they had before they even went into Ukraine years ago.

  5. Putin never intended to defeat Ukraine. He would have needed six times as many men as he actually deployed just to take Kiev (this is the view of Such people as Scott Ritter and Douglas McGregor, who deserve to be taken seriously).Ukraine ccannot possibly win, going forward I mean.

  8. NATO is teaching all middle powers that they have to have their own, and possibly significant, nuclear deterrent. Without that they are not safe, even with signed treaties.

    If there ever was a phrase quantifying as "famous last words" I guess this is it.
    I have no idea where this confidence comes from. NATO hasn't fought a war in many decades. Bullying goat herders in the Middle East is easy, but war is another matter entirely.
    Maybe the Bieber generation still has the will and grit to win a war. I doubt it but hey, I might be wrong. Maybe the billion dollar equipment is actually worth the money. I doubt that too but again, I might be wrong.
    Bottom line is we don't actually know. And I sure hope we won't have to find out.

    Putin like Trump think they are some sort of jesus, messias…
