Many beginners struggle to even move, so pick a short loop, preferably flat ground.
maybe ounasvaara ski stadium. under the ski slopes would be a good place to start
It’s off season. When you arrive just go to Ounasvaara and rent the skis and find a flat trail or go on ice.
Its not snowy yet.
