2. 13 years for murdering a random man for no reason is insane

   He’d be given life in USA. And quite rightly.

3. Some sort of gang initiation? I know Nuneaton isn’t exactly a hotbed of gang activity but for a 16yr old to do this for no reason is utterly bonkers, plus he was known to carry knives
