    Former “Jackass” star Bam Margera is back in prison after he allegedly violated his probation, court documents on Thursday revealed.

    On Sept. 16, Margera was arrested by Pennsylvania State Police in Fulton County. According to Chester County court docs, he was charged with a misdemeanor for driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance, summary reckless driving and other related offenses.

  2. I’m honestly truly surprised this guy is still alive. Most of the cast has turned their lives around, but he seems to be perpetually on the verge of deaths door. He was never the same after Dunn dying.

  5. I’m all for 2nd chances & redemption and all of that, but some people just cannot be helped: You have to firstly want to fix yourself in order to succeed, and he just seems to always fail.

    So no shame in washing your hands of the matter.

  6. What a fall from grace man. Dude had the world by the balls at a young age, but unfortunately never grew up mentally and emotionally due to all the drugs. It’s never too late to change, but time is running out on living the remainder of his life in a fulfilling way.

I figure we’ll hear a statement from Bam’s lawyer pretty soon about how Bam was actually sober, it’s not his fault that any of this happened, and this was some type of conspiracy by his ex-wife or his mom/dad/brother. God forbid Bam grow as a person and take responsibility for his actions or anything.

    Every bit of social media/public presence he’s had over the last few years? Reads exactly like an addict that isn’t ready to stop using.

    After you’ve been burned a few times, you start to get a good sense of when they’re acting like they’ve found an new path, but either waiting to use or are using when they don’t think you’ll notice.

    Hope he figures out a healthier way. He has a level of money and general access to resources that a lot of people struggling with addiction wish they had in their sober moments. Meh, hope he finds whatever reasons and resources he personally needs before he’s done too damage. Dude has a family he’s actively hurting.
