13. Security guarantees to Ukraine are supposedly already in place since it agreed to give up its huge nuclear arsenal – US and German support has been shameful and shown them to be unreliable allies.
    Putin is far worse at honoring treaties he has signed up to. So much so that discussions can't start until he's in custody or a gibbet.

17. Russia could always just long-term lease the port as long as they never offload any weapons eventually intended to be used against Ukraine, or it's close allies. Russia can give Crimea back in exchange for Kursk, withdrawing all troops & weaponry from Ukraine, and ending all hostilities towards Ukraine & the war would be over today. We have to stop rewarding communist aggressors & bad actors. Russia's not going to lose anything, except maybe a little piece of their pride, and they'll be far better off for having chosen that path verses a continuation of the war. The world would like to get back to business Mr. Putin & move on past this war. The longer it drags on, the more the US will gain the political backing to keep incrementally giving Ukraine new super abilities, until they break you, and it ends up far worse than you bargained for yourself & your loved ones. 49% of Russians anonymously polled said they want the war in Ukraine to end. A few more points in the wrong direction & that may turn out to be your head sir, so think it over & get back to us.

18. At this point unconditional surrender is the only practical solution for Ukraine. Hitler's Germany also refused to admit defeat until Hitler killed himself, then Keitel signed unconditional surrender.

19. The 2022 peace talks agreed upon by both Zelensky and Putin, and which were scuttled by western leaders, had Ukraine in a far more favourable position to which she now finds herself. Hundreds of thousands of people have died, trillions of dollars have been wasted, trillions of dollars of infrastructure destroyed, much of Ukraine occupied and now we talk of diplomacy. Oh well. At least the political donors got rich whilst we lost.

20. Russian will only negotiate once the long range weapons restriction is lifted, Russia cannot be allowed to profit from this war. Whether the US understands this or not, Europe has become more and more united in this, and if Russia is allowed to profit it will only be a short amount of time before they start attacking other countries. The only long-term solution is if Ukrainian prevails and regains their territory.
