  1. If anyone wants a laugh, the top comment thread on the soccer post for this is absolutely hilarious. “No you’re thinking of….”

  2. Pep and I are the same geniuses, I too play my kids in my Fifa23 save. How can I apply to be his assistant?

  3. Eh, I don’t see it as a need to win a trophy but rather an opportunity to field youngsters and have them play in live matches with Pep observing closely

  4. I legit dont Care about, just dont wanna loose to a embarassing opponent or rival.

  5. Yesterday’s XI definitely confirms that. Was surprised to see 7 regulars and that Foden even played but made sense to ramp him back up to game speed after his illness.

Hopefully min. 5 youngsters going forward to see their development and avoid injury to regulars while focusing on league/european matches.

  6. I don’t know the value of the competition’s tradition, but the prize money is ridiculous.

For example, the Brazilian league cup pays £200,000 in the first round. And it pays £10 million to the winner. While the EFL cup only pays £100,000 to the winner.

  7. Smart focus everything on the league and champions league

  8. It’s the least important so rest all started for the more important games

  9. We’ve got a fifth consecutive PL to win, a CL to hunt for, and the FA Cup is there as a far more prestigious domestic trophy. The EFL Cup isn’t a tinpot, but there’s very little financial or historical incentive for us to win it.
