Putin Issues Nuclear Warning To The West Over Ukraine | 10 News First
Russian President Vladimir Putin has issued his strongest warning yet to the West over Ukraine stating he will consider using nuclear weapons, if it was struck with conventional missiles.
Putin said, “it is proposed that aggression against Russia by any non-nuclear state, but with the participation or support of a nuclear state, be considered as their joint attack on the Russian Federation”.
The remarks were made during a meeting on Wednesday with Russia’s Security Council where he also announced proposals had been made to change the country’s nuclear doctrine.
