    Taking back the plant was likely intended to demonstrate that Ukraine is not giving up the fight despite being outmanned and outgunned by the Russian army.     In one fell swoop, Putin singlehandedly did the job for the entire US State Department, 0s of 000s of govt officials who werent doing their job. The voices for dismantling NATO fell silent.

    NATO THAAD & AEGIS missile defense units are being deployed across NATO borders to a terrifying degree, making any Russian 1st strike not just a suicidal endeavor but massively reducing NATO collateral damage & increasing the # of Russian missiles that will be intercepted while only in launch phase.

    NATO weapons sales are skyrocketing, Russian & Chinese are drying up. Ukraine use of NATO weapons on Russia is showing the world Russian & Chinese missile defenses are no match for NATO weaponry.

    You are either a NATO weapons buyer, or you are dead! The weapons sale revenue then goes into further weapons development.

    Cheap Chinese weaponry isnt that good a deal, if you're dead. Soon we price our weapons on "what are your families lives worth?" Whichever non-NATO customer gives us the best deal gets the weaponry & kills their rival with superior NATO weapons.

    The beauty of the NATO war machine, self-preservation makes it become a self-propogating entity.

24. I have not heard Trump say that about Ukraine at all. He said that the Russian demands are unacceptable. He wants to make a peace deal. That's not selling out the ukraines. As far as you know, he might decide to give Ukraine everything they want if Russian says no. Trump is trying to end the war now rather than drag it out for years like Biden is doing. Stop assuming the worse out come.

34. This is simpler than this video makes it sound. This plant has been surrounded and the Russians cut off for a long time. Russians have been getting some supplies by drone, but they haven't been getting enough food, water, ammo … and the Ukrainians just starved them into submission. Perhaps there were some hold-out Russians still willing to fight, but other channels talk about surrender.

    The plant isn't tactically valueless … it has tall vantage points for sniping and artillery spotting. The Ukrainians want it for that, and so they don't need to keep forces surrounding it.
