Got the same thing myself.
Jokes on them, I don’t have a vehicle.
These things would be a lot more believable if the English wasn’t written by a five year old with learning difficulties.
The link looks totally legit too
Had a similar text not long ago. Biggest load of wank.
My teenager got this to his phone. He’s more savvy now after we tried to follow the link..

If you tap the link it’s a website that is made to look like the gov.uk websites.
You can fill in anything you want for licence plate, then it tells you that licence plate owes a fine and you can type in your details.
Needless to say i believe some people may be spending their evening submitting various versions of that form with some creative language in every submission.
