Democracy is always seen by dictators as weakness but listening & evaluating all opinions takes time. Russia shouldnt mistake slowness for weakness.

It is weakness? In the event of an attack instigated by Russia on NATO, and NATO needed to defend itself from Russia.
Russia would no longer exist and it wouldn't take long to do nor would it even require nuclear weapons.
