Their support is similarly “skilled”. They could replace it with a monkey rolling a dice with refund/no refund options and the results would be the same.
If you want a good delivery service, use Wolt. Support has always managed to help me when something was wrong with my order.
On a 100zl order you get 20zl off, so after everything’s paid and sold, you paid 80 and you got 20 off. 20/80 = 25%. What did you not understand?
