1. You don’t have to be a detective to see a pattern here, and if you were one you’d probably ignore the pattern anyway based on how cops seem to respond to abusers in their ranks.

2. FFS, I literally can’t do a full scroll without another one of these popping up. There is something deeply, pervasively, wrong with the police. I have no confidence in them individually or as forces.

3. Would be nicer if they could just go back to pocketing a few quid during a stop and search rather than sexually assaulting women.

   We pay police a shitload more, screen them properly, and stop letting any dodgy fucker in.

   Even being convicted of a crime isn’t a bar these days!

5. This is what happens when the pay is so shit that you only attract power-hungry predators, rather competent people.

6. I was recently informed by my daughter that about 10 years ago as a 16yo, she was wolf whistled by a cop in a fricking police car ffs!

   I’d like to hope the police are improving but I’m not convinced

7. What did we think was going to happen? Hiring standards have gone out the window. You used to have to be fit, healthy and competent to be a police officer. Now anyone can get in. This is the obvious result.
