  4. Nobody in their right mind wants to be associated with these people. Imagine your business, thriving since 1933, going down because you agreed to photo ops with Vance. Trump and Vance are nasty.

  7. The right is already trying to boycott. They wouldn’t accommodate him because he just showed up with a huge crowd of people without calling the place in advance. It had nothing to do politics.

  9. It’s rare you see a politician with such a toxic brand. No one wants anything to do with him. Even the Conservatives. He’s the worst thing to happen to Trump.

  10. Hold on … I have always assumed political candidates have their people call ahead for this sort of thing. Did Vance’s entourage just show up at a sandwich spot without checking with the owners first? That’s decidedly uncool.

  11. Seems to me his campaign team should have vetted this restaurant before going there. That way this embarrassment could have been avoided.

    Not that anybody would let them into their shop. I mean, would anybody.

    Imagine being at work, and suddenly some political douche & his entourage walk in with cameras everywhere, starts asking about your life story to exploit you for “relatability” and just totally fucks your work flow while likely alienating half of your customers.
