Maybe if we are taking about very old properties with F or H energy class.
In my neighborhood I can se prices increase around 5% compare to last year.
If we are taking about the rent, I think everyone just waiting to have interest rates around 1,5-2% and start looking for something. 3000 per month it’s bloody crazy …

The government could simply renting out small plots where people could place their small Module Homes and restrict it to people that lived here for 20 years or worked here for 10 years or else the government financed NGOs will buy as much as they can to place their clients in their.
