    Up to the last moment of his life, he has been trying to do what is best for our country.

  20. He was the first president I remember as a child and I was so excited to have a girl roller skating in the white house that I named all of my stuffed animals after Amy Carter. ❤️
    (Would it be terrible to admit that I’ve checked his wiki every day several times per day since I learned he was in hospice care?)

  22. I’m a Republican and Carters term as President was not a very good one but I will say that what he accomplished afterwards was awe inspiring. I respect him and Rosen so much, a truly wonderful human being. My wife and I love going to Habitat for Humanity Restores and supporting the cause. It will be a very sad day when he passes but he will finally be reunited with the love of his life. He will go down as probably the best ex-presidents for his humanitarian efforts.

  32. Jimmy is a good dude. We all should strive to be like Rosalyn and Jimmy Carter. Pure integrity, compassion, honesty, and intelligence. I wish more were like them.

  35. It won’t surprise me if he dies shortly after Harris’s inauguration. The man has a will of steel to sustain him till he sees the country in safe hands, and once it is, he can go in peace.
